Whitney High is the biggest price driver in Rocklin. If you have kids in or entering middle school, the feeder map is the first thing Sara will show you. If schools are not the driver, Twelve Bridges in north Rocklin has newer stock at a better price-per-square-foot than the Whitney zone.
