Sara has sold two houses for us, both during tough market conditions. The first home was right at the start of Covid19, were she was able to get multiple offers over asking. Sara was able to sell the second home while the housing market was experiencing a slowdown leading into the Presidential election. Sara’s knowledge of the market, networking with other realtors and marketing skills got our house sold for over what we thought possible. Sara provided excellent communication, market updates and weekly activity reports on our listing. Sara was responsive to all our inquiries. We highly recommend Sara and will use her again if the opportunity comes up.

Sara helped my sisters and me sell our mother’s home of 70+ years. Not only is Sara highly-skilled, reliable, knowledgeable, competent and confident, she is also kind and caring. We sisters all live out of town, so Sara met workers at the house, using her contacts to hire a roofer, electrician, plumber and other skilled inspectors and workers that we needed. We felt well-taken-care-of in Sara’s hands, plus she got us a great sale. We highly recommend Sara.

If you are searching for a real estate agent look no further!!! Sara is absolutely amazing! We had almost no idea what we were getting into as first time homebuyers and wanted someone we could trust and feel comfortable with. We had so many questions and concerns, and Sara was incredibly helpful guiding us through everything. If we had a question she would always make herself available to help us. She definitely made what could’ve been a stressful process a smooth, easy ride. I’m very happy I came across her information on Google, because she’s the best of the best! Thank you Sara for helping us find our home sweet home!

Sara helped us sell our home and she was amazing! She gave us tips on what we could do around the home to make it more sellable. Sara was always prompt to return phone calls or texts. She was available when we or a buyer needed her. Her knowledge of real estate is incredible. I will not hesitate to use her again.

Sara is amazing to work with on selling and finding a new home. I have worked with her for years and would recommend her to anyone. Her approach includes working with you on pricing and preparing your home to sell ensuring your home sells for top dollar. When looking for a new home, she searches for options around your price, desired location, and style. As in any transaction, details and timing matter. Sara is professional, organized and on top of the details ensuring we were in and out of our homes on time. I love working with Sara, it makes an emotional and important decision easy.
